Kate Madigan, Principal

Kate is a professional advocate, change-maker, and coach. She brings 20 years experience building organizations and leading campaigns, including a national campaign based in Los Angeles, and some of the most powerful climate and environment coalitions and networks in Michigan. 

Kate is a skilled facilitator and event planner, and has organized dozens of  successful meetings, strategic planning sessions, and conferences with hundreds of attendees. She is a talented writer, with many successful campaign plans, research reports, and awarded grants under her belt. Kate also has exceptional marketing skills and experience, growing the digital reach of clients to over 100k/month.

Kate earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan School for Environment and Sustainability. She holds her master’s degree from the School for International Training in Vermont, where she was trained in intercultural communications, leadership development, and the foundations of coaching.
